  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. 2. Add shredded carrots, cabbage, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
