- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

- 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
2. Add shredded carrots, cabbage, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
