Elote Salad Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make Mexican street corn salad.

Main Ingredients
- 4 ears corn husked
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup cotija cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill the corn for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
3. Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly. Cut the kernels off the cob and place them in a mixing bowl.
4. Add the mayonnaise, cilantro, cotija cheese, lime juice, chili powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
