  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
