Flaming Greek Cheese Saganaki Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Kefalotyri or Kasseri cheese cut into thick slices
- 0.25 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 shot Brandy
- 1 half Lemon cut into wedges
1. Dredge the cheese slices in flour, shaking off any excess.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Fry the cheese slices until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Remove the pan from heat and add the brandy. Carefully ignite the brandy with a lighter or match.
5. Once the flames subside, squeeze lemon juice over the cheese and serve immediately.
