Main Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup red onion diced
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raisins
Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup sugar
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, diced red onion, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
