  • 4 Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. 3. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture until well coated.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
