Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup Red onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 cups Cold water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, green bell pepper, red onion, and garlic in a blender.
  2. 2. Add red wine vinegar, olive oil, and cold water. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  4. 4. Serve cold, garnished with chopped vegetables or herbs if desired.
