Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 piece Cucumber sliced
  • 1 piece Red Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives pitted
  • 200 grams Feta Cheese cubed
  • 1 piece Green Bell Pepper sliced
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano dried
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, pitted Kalamata olives, cubed feta cheese, and sliced green bell pepper.
  2. 2. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano.
  3. 3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Toss everything gently to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
