  • 6 Eggs hard-boiled and chopped
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Celery finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Add chopped eggs, red onion, celery, and fresh dill to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
