Greek Yogurt Egg Salad
A healthier twist on the classic egg salad, using Greek yogurt instead of mayo.

Main Ingredients
- 6 Eggs hard-boiled and chopped
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Celery finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chopped eggs, red onion, celery, and fresh dill to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
