  • 4 Eggs hard-boiled and chopped
  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 slices Whole Grain Bread toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, dill, green onions, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Spread the egg salad onto two slices of toasted whole grain bread.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining slices of bread to make sandwiches.
