  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 0.5 cup fresh berries optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the rolled oats and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute.
  4. 4. Stir in the Greek yogurt until well combined.
  5. 5. Add honey and cinnamon if using. Mix well.
  6. 6. Serve in bowls and top with fresh berries if desired.
