Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork shoulder, cubed
- 2 cups Green chilies, roasted and chopped
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the cubed pork shoulder and cook until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the roasted green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 45 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
