  • 2 cups Green Peas frozen, thawed
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Red Onion diced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green peas, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
