- 8 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 4 patties Beef Patties cooked to preference
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
- 1 medium Onion sliced and caramelized
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
3. Place 4 slices of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
4. Add a slice of cheese, a beef patty, caramelized onions, and another slice of cheese on each bread slice.
5. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
6. Cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
