Grilled Turkey Reuben Sandwich Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic Reuben, using turkey instead of corned beef.

- 4 slices Rye bread
- 4 slices Turkey breast
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ cup Sauerkraut drained
- 2 tablespoon Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
2. On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer turkey, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut.
3. Spread Thousand Island dressing on the unbuttered side of the remaining two slices and place on top, buttered side out.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwiches until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
