Ground Beef Vegetable Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Celery, diced
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup Green Beans, chopped
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the diced carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
5. Add the green beans, corn, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
