- 1 package Frozen Hash Browns thawed
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
Pour melted butter over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
