  • 1 cup Cooked ham diced
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts chopped
  • 1 cup Mixed greens optional

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple chunks, diced ham, shredded coconut, and chopped macadamia nuts.
  2. If using mixed greens, add them to the bowl and toss gently to combine.
  3. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a colder salad.
