Ingredients 

Tortillas

  • 4 Flour Tortillas

Filling

  • 1 cup Refried Beans
  • ½ cup Crumbled Cheese Queso fresco or feta
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
  3. Spread a generous amount of refried beans on each tortilla.
  4. Top with crumbled cheese, sour cream, avocado slices, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro.
  5. Fold the tortillas in half and serve warm.
