Honduran Baleadas
A traditional Honduran dish made with flour tortillas, refried beans, and various toppings.

- 1 cup Refried Beans
- ½ cup Crumbled Cheese Queso fresco or feta
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 Tomato diced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
Heat the skillet over medium heat.
Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Spread a generous amount of refried beans on each tortilla.
Top with crumbled cheese, sour cream, avocado slices, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro.
Fold the tortillas in half and serve warm.
