- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, and garlic.
Add chicken to the bowl and marinate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread chicken onto skewers and discard marinade.
Grill chicken for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
