Ingredients

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, and garlic.
  2. Add chicken to the bowl and marinate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers and discard marinade.
  5. Grill chicken for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
