Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 inch Ginger sliced
1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Add ginger slices and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and strain into a mug.
4. Stir in honey and lemon juice. Serve warm.
