  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is emulsified.
