Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.
  3. Stir in paprika and flour, cook for another minute.
  4. Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
