Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add tomato sauce and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 10 more minutes. Serve hot with rice or naan.
