Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the tomato sauce over the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
