Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any short pasta
  • 100 g Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 50 g Black olives sliced
  • 50 g Mozzarella balls halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and mozzarella balls.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano. Pour over the pasta mixture.
  4. 4. Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
