King Ranch Chicken Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 12 pieces Corn Tortillas, cut into strips
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, chicken broth, chili powder, and garlic powder.
In a greased baking dish, layer half of the tortilla strips, followed by half of the chicken mixture, and then half of the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
