Ingredients 

Soup Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Diced Carrots
  • 1 cup Diced Celery
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Dumpling Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add diced potatoes, carrots, and celery. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, and salt to make the dumpling dough.
  4. 4. Drop small spoonfuls of the dough into the boiling soup. Cook until dumplings float, about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in heavy cream and butter. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
