Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Leftover chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Mashed potatoes
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Chopped onion
- ¼ cup Chopped parsley
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Form the mixture into small patties.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
