  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, mayonnaise, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
