Marinade
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 ½ pounds flank steak
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and black pepper.
Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steak. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice against the grain and serve.
