Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 4 stalks Green onions sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh dill chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh mint chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced green onions, chopped dill, and chopped mint.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
