Marinade
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. If grilling, cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. If baking, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the grill or oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
