Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cucumbers
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced red onions
- 1 cup kalamata olives
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
