Mediterranean Kale Recipe
A healthy and delicious Mediterranean-inspired kale recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Kale chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 0.5 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add chopped kale and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in crumbled feta cheese and lemon juice.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
