Mediterranean Salmon Pasta Salad Recipe
A refreshing and healthy pasta salad with salmon, perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Salmon fillet skinless
- 250 g Pasta any short pasta
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Olives sliced
- ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- to taste Salt and pepper
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked. Let it cool, then flake into pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, salmon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano. Pour over the salad and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.
