Mediterranean Salmon Pasta Salad Recipe
A refreshing and healthy pasta salad with salmon, perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Salmon fillet skinless
- 250 g Pasta any short pasta
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Olives sliced
- ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 
- Season salmon with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked. Let it cool, then flake into pieces. 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, salmon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese. 
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano. Pour over the salad and toss to combine. 
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.
