Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Cucumber diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Kalamata Olives sliced
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano. Pour over the tuna mixture.
Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
