Mexican Bean Salad Recipe
A quick and easy Mexican Bean Salad that's perfect for any occasion.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Corn drained
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Red onion chopped
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. Enjoy!
