  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and coat them with the spice mixture.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Pour salsa over the chicken and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
