Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine masa harina, warm water, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a thick disk.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each disk for about 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
Once cooked, pinch the edges of each sope to form a border. Heat vegetable oil in the skillet and fry each sope until crispy.
Top with your favorite ingredients and serve warm.
