Michigan Hot Dog Recipe
A classic Michigan hot dog with a hearty meat sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Hot dogs
- 4 Hot dog buns
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until the onion is soft.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Grill or cook the hot dogs in a skillet until heated through.
5. Place hot dogs in buns and top with the meat sauce. Serve immediately.
