  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 packet Dashi granules
  • 3 tablespoons Miso paste
  • 1 block Tofu cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add dashi granules and stir until dissolved.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to low and add miso paste. Stir until miso is completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Add tofu cubes and green onions. Simmer for a few minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot.
