Mississippi Slugburger Recipe
A classic Mississippi Slugburger, a deep-fried patty made with a mixture of beef and soy grits, served on a bun with mustard, pickles, and onions.

Burger Patties
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Soy grits
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 Hamburger buns
- 1 cup Pickles sliced
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 cup Mustard
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy grits, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
4. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Place the patties on hamburger buns and top with mustard, pickles, and onions.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
