  • 2 slices Turkey
  • 2 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter For frying
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar For dusting
  • ¼ cup Jam Optional, for serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
  2. 2. Assemble the sandwiches by layering ham, turkey, and cheese between two slices of bread.
  3. 3. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  4. 4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
  5. 5. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with jam if desired.
