Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 1 cup Milk or yogurt
- 1 cup Mixed fruits (fresh or dried)
- ¼ cup Nuts and seeds
- 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk or yogurt, and honey or maple syrup.
2. Add the mixed fruits and nuts/seeds to the bowl.
3. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
4. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes or refrigerate overnight for a softer texture.
