Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Napa cabbage shredded
  • 2 pcs Carrots julienned
  • 4 pcs Green onions sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded napa cabbage, julienned carrots, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
