Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Okra sliced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the sliced okra and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Serve hot.
