- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. Arrange the bread cubes in the baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugars, and vanilla. Pour evenly over the bread.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
