Ingredients

  • 4 cups Stale Bread, cubed
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Basil Leaves, torn
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and basil.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Toss everything together until well combined. Let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
