Pesto Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring fresh pesto and gooey melted cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough
- 4 tablespoon Pesto Store-bought or homemade
- 4 slices Cheese Mozzarella or your favorite melting cheese
- 2 tablespoon Butter Room temperature
1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
2. Spread pesto on the other side of each bread slice.
3. Place cheese slices between two bread slices, with buttered sides facing out.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the skillet.
5. Cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook until the other side is golden and cheese is melted, another 3-4 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
